South Texas Storage
Upon final investment decision and execution of definitive agreements, Vecino will construct a greenfield hydrocarbon storage project on the Piedras Pintas Salt Dome in Duval County, Texas. Vecino controls enough surface and mineral interests to develop both a gas and liquid storage business rivaling the premier facilities on the Gulf Coast with room for over 50 billion cubic feet (Bcf) of high-deliverability natural gas capacity, over 100 million barrels (Mmbbls) of liquids storage or a combination thereof.
The South Texas Storage development will offer connectivity to Agua Dulce and be the closest salt dome storage to Corpus Christi (TX), Brownsville (TX) and Mexico. Vecino intends to develop the project in multiple phases.
Phase I Development
Phase I of the development will consist of two natural gas storage caverns, associated infrastructure and a newly-constructed 40-mile pipeline directly connecting the project to the natural gas hub at Agua Dulce.

Candor Midstream
Vecino currently manages the operations and assets of Candor Midstream. Candor is an independent energy company that provides natural gas midstream services with assets located in south central Oklahoma and North Texas. Candor’s assets include the Lazarus Pipeline and the Vesta Gathering System.
Lazarus Pipeline
The Lazarus Pipeline provides a strategic connection between Oklahoma’s SCOOP shale play and North Texas’ natural gas processing complex and regional demand. The ~100-mile, 20” pipeline originates in northern Carter County, Oklahoma, and extends south across the Oklahoma-Texas border before terminating at processing facilities located near Bridgeport, Texas. The location provides access to North Texas and Oklahoma processing and premium residue markets.
Vesta Gathering System
The Vesta Gathering System, located in Carter County, Oklahoma, provides low pressure gathering services to area producers with access to multiple gas processing facilities.
